Get Wellness Text with no response – Primary Contact is notified and can choose response, OK, Medical Emergency, Traveling, Dont Know & Death

If Medical emergency is chosen – Medical Folder will get released to contacts assigned to that folder (i.e. Primary Contact, Doctor)
