How It Works

The CARE System™ (Check – Assure – Respond – Escalate) is the core of StoreMyLife.  It ensures your information is safe and that your loved ones receive only the information you authorize.

Check-In
You decide how often StoreMyLife checks in with you — daily, weekly, monthly or whatever schedule works best for you.
When you receive your check-in text, just tap the link to confirm you’re OK.  The system will reset until your next scheduled check-in.

Response
If you don’t respond to your check-in message, your Primary Contact will receive a secure alert with 3 response options:

RESPONSE RESULT
"OK" Means you are OK, even though you didn’t respond and the system resets for your next scheduled message.
“Medical Emergency” Means you are having a serious medical emergency and your “Medical” folder including your medical records, insurance and, possibly, end of life arrangements are immediately made accessible to the persons you designated.
“Passed” Means you have left us. The Medical Folder will be accessible and your Primary Contact will be prompted for a death certificate. When that is provided and verified by StoreMyLife, all folders will be accessible to the people you designated for each.
