Our Story

Hi.  My name is Jeff Stoller.  I’m an attorney, but StoreMyLife.com did not come about solely as a result of my professional experience.   It was a much more personal experience that led me to create StoreMyLife.com

My brother and one of my closest friends each passed away in their mid-40’s.  Suddenly… and alone.  Had my mother not become frantic with having not heard from my brother over New Year’s, who knows how long it would have been before someone found him.  As it was, it was 5 days.

My friend passed away and, I believe, his housekeeper found him; though I have no idea how long it took.

But, what triggered my desire for something was when I became newly solo in my home situation and the thought occurred to me that the same thing could happen to me … or many others. And that did not make me feel good.

I wanted to provide a solution (and a wellness check) to do 3 things for me … and for you:

1. Store with HIPAA and bank-level encrypted security all our personal and important documents and information (insurance, meds, wills, trusts, passwords, accounts) in one place. Have you ever had a situation where someone needs important docs or information of a departed loved one and no one knows where they are?
2. Let people know when something  happened to us when we can’t.
